Great host, great guests
Andrew Friedman's sincere appreciation of food, craft, creativity, passion and the world that chefs have created is the not so secret ingrediant that makes this a great podcast. His knowledge of food, and his access to the world's culinary masters, makes you think he is a chef himself. But Andrew he's a writer and podcaster who seems to know food and the food business so well that he easily converses with great chefs like Marcus Samuelson, Alex Stupak, Stephen Harris, Amanda Cohen. His open appreciation of these great chefs seems to be the key he uses to get them to share their professional and perfsonal secrets and stories.Read full review »
