I’ve been listening to you since the front burner and each interview is better than the last I have listened to each episode at least twice usually on my way into work or durning morning prep. Hearing these stories you discuss has inspired and motivated me to open my own place. After hearing most of these great chefs started out in similar circumstances made me think why can’t I.
