So special!
This is an overdue review. I've listened to every episode of this podcast, am reading Andrew's book and I've gone to see him speak on his California tour. I just moved to California from New York and originally loved listening to each episode to keep me updated on news from that great city. More recently, I've found myself checking my phone daily to see if a new episode has been dropped, always excited to listen to the latest episode. I looked at my phone for a new episode today, after being shocked by the news of Anthony Bourdain's suicide, going to work and commiserating a little bit with coworkers but mostly having to move through service too quickly to really settle into the sadness of this enormous loss. I am grateful for and feel comforted by Andrew's extra episode today in rememberance of Anthony Bourdain. It's today that I realize just much of a touchstone this podcast is for me! Thank you.Read full review »

Fan of the podcast and really appreciating all the new episodes coming out. While the you may not keep up the pace it’s enjoyed while it last. Also if I’m being honest not sure what it is but the intros are better when your wife is with you. Just a better energy I guess.
