A true education
While this podcast is an amazing listen for industry veterans, I think it's a must for up and comers in the world of food. My advice is to pick a chef you've never heard of and take the time to listen to his/her story. Andrew has a knack for finding a connection with his guests that often leads down an unexpected but interesting, and entertaining, path. If you're considering a future as a cook, make this podcast your first stop. Every episode will teach you something - it's worth each minute of your time.Read full review »
