Should be required listening for industry and beyond!
Andrew Talks to Chefs is a podcast every person who works in or loves restaurants should listen to. A decade into working in the industry, I find listening to these conversations reigniting the passion I felt walking into my first kitchen internship. In fact, I have called up old colleagues and suggested the show, as each interview reminds me of an idea or a concept or a cookbook we once shared over shift drinks of our own. I love hearing these chefs discuss their journeys to success, their role as a teacher, their voice as an artist (at least in my mind they are artists). If there is anything more I could ask for it is a further discussion of hospitality and how our industry can grow and evolve. What does the future look like for young people who want to contribute while being told that the bubble will soon burst?

As a Chef it’s really hard to stop listening. Great conversations of topics that I think about daily. Also, super insightful into the individual personalities and intellect of these talented chefs.
