Great podcast for ambitious, early career cooks
I’ve been listening to this podcast since the day the first episode was posted, and have spent each week looking forward to the next one. I know of most of the chefs that have been interviewed (and work for one who will be featured in an upcoming episode), but each episode has given me new insight into the styles, thought processes, and histories of the chefs I thought I already knew a lot about. Even more exciting have been the episodes featuring chefs I did not know of, specifically the Stephen Harris episode, my favorite yet. As someone who is relatively new to the cooking profession, I have been inspired and motivated by the stories shared on this podcast, and I would encourage anyone interested in food, craft, and what it means to be driven by passion to listen to this incredible podcast. Well done, Andrew!

It’s great to hear about the struggles, victories and defeats other chefs go through in the quest to provide the best food and service to the human race.
