This is the best industry Podcast HANDS DOWN
Andrew asks the questions that allows a natural conversation and an organic progression. My personal favorite interview is Magnus Nilsson and Joe Flamm. But I also recommend Hooni Kim, Jonathan Benno, and Emma Bengtsson as episodes to listen to. He also has a book that pays homage to all the chefs you need to know! Whether you are fresh out of culinary school or 20 years into the game, you need this podcast. It’s my go-to commuter podcast for NYC subways.
