Good Advice for preventing Anger
This podcast has really helped me, but we need an episode on avoiding slow drip of stress that leads to anger. An example is if I’m a work and someone does something frustrating I can deal with it, but then someone else does, then someone else, so on so on oh sure the first 7 times I can let it go but the 8th 9th and especially the 10th will break me. Also these episodes all deal with external reactions. Not the internal stress and struggle that come from having no release valve
