In previous episodes, where the focus had been work, the Warriors shared about what it's like to compete for your job, promotions, titles, etc. But, what happens when the competition is a bit closer to home? Navigating friendship can be challenging enough but when we feel like we're competing for each other's time, attention, affection, etc. that can make it that much harder. They share about how they experienced anxiety around feeling the discomfort of competition in adolescents vs. how they experience it in adulthood.
