Ep 284 Experiencing Grief and Loss
Listen now
Description
Friends, I have news, my sweet Edie girl dog has passed.  This episode is an exploration of how I'm processing her passing and concepts that I use to make the grief and loss more bearable.  I also discuss that the pain from loss is not linear and we need to let go of timelines.  The most painful thing we can do is judge ourselves that 'we should be over' something when the grief pops through.  Thank you for listening week after week and getting to hear her snores, her collar shake and chime and even an occasional bark. She has been a part of this podcast for 6 straight years, there for me through all the changes, expansions, coaching calls with you and more.  She will be missed.
