Educational and easy for the layperson
As a wanna-be amateur astronomer I find this podcast easy for anyone with even a basic, rudimentary knowledge of astronomy to learn and become informed on this topic. It is not presented in a boring matter-of-fact style, and they realize that their audience is not primarily quantum physicists, but the average joe with a little bit of scientific curiousity. You can tell from the hosts that they really are enthusiastic and want their listeners to learn about the wonders of astronomy. Generally with a lot of scientific podcasts I want to start stabbing my eyeballs afterwards, but not here... I can't wait to get to the next one and the one after that! And the great part is if you don't get it the first time, play it again!Read full review »
