Essential listening for parents of anxious kids
This podcast and Natasha’s online resources have been life changing for our family. Natasha understands OCD on a level that most people, even mental health professionals, just scratch the surface on. Teasing out anxiety and OCD and how to approach them slightly differently has empowered me to advocate to get my child the right mental health care, supports at school, and to manage symptoms on our own at home. I will be forever grateful. -Taryn
