Soooooo helpful!
I’ve been plowing through this podcast because it is eye-opening, and packed with actionable ideas I can implement throughout my anxious son’s life. Natasha is conversational and fun to listen to, also. I feel like I have an ally (if that’s even a word), info resource, and new friend here. Really good stuff. Check it out.
