So Refreshing
If you're looking for a refreshing and motivating podcast, look no further. This podcast feels very personal and often times, you feel like you're girl chatting with friends who happen to know a lot about a wide range of wellness topics. Growing up in a multi-cultural home, I was viewed as an 'oreo' once I got to college- and even now prob. This podcast introduces me to a diverse group of women that I'm connected to and share a lot of the same concerns, joys and experiences that I do.
