Description
Godwin was born and raised in Africa. He grew up in a home without electricity or water. When he was five years old, he hurt his right hip. He could not stand upright and had to use a stick to prop himself up. His parents didn’t think he would be able to walk again.  He overcame all that, and won a full undergraduate scholarship to complete his degree in Physical Therapy.  When he graduated, he had the honor of traveling the world training Olympic gold medalists as FIFA Soccer World Champions.  He moved to the US after that to complete his master’s degree in Health & Fitness.  Then he started designing fitness programs for overwhelmed high achieving entrepreneurs to accomplish their fitness goals. He has received tremendous success and multiple awards for my fitness programs. In this session we will explore: ·      What Physical Fitness is ·      Who the fittest person on the planet is ·      The difference between Weight loss and Fat loss ·      How to lose weight and keep it off ·      How to fit exercise in when there is no time to workout ·      How to overcome daily fatigue and implement movement to achieve fitness goals To get in touch with Godwin on Facebook: Virtual Fitness Party For High Achieving Busy Entrepreneurs
