Karl Helpling, boat captain and Yacht Salesman, has competed at high levels, athletically since childhood. He has tried many different sports and excelled at most of them. He created a fitness lifestyle from a very young age and he’s never relinquished it. However, there’s been a few injuries and roadblocks along the way, as well as a multitude of surgeries.   So now at 63 years young, he still works out every day. The sports injuries changed his life forever, but he kept looking for new and proven ways of achieving a high level of fitness.  He shares some solutions for anyone else who have experienced similar issues in their lives to help in staying positive during all of the trials we all have in life.   In this session we will discuss: ·      Eating Habits and how to adapt to Improve Choices. ·      Staying Fit in spite of Restrictive Surgeries.  ·      How to overcome Challenges experienced because of Surgeries and the Effects they have had.  ·      Being an Informed Decision Maker when it comes to Modern Medicine.  ·      What Karl’s Profession is and managing a Physically Demanding Job.   ·      Perspective  to anyone about challenging experiences you endure. ·      How to keep the End Goal in mind and find new ways to exercise when life’s restrictions happen.
