Behind the Rind unveils the mystery of cheese in a way that is accessible to the novice and the monger. Claire is a fun and engaging host and I can’t wait to learn more from her! This is hands down my new favorite podcast!

I love how perfectly each episode is put together. You can tell a lot of hard-work goes into researching and crafting each one so that it’s to the point and filled with great information and insights.

I love the podcast until the fact guy comes on. It’s hard to understand what is said and it isn’t helpful. Keep the podcast coming and ditch the fact man. Thanks.
