Really great podcast, I love to listen to it. I originally heard of this podcast from Hank Green, and it was so worth it to check it out! Claire is incredibly enthusiastic and great at communicating interesting cheese knowledge. Only problem: we need season 2!!

Claire always sounds like she has a smile on her face which makes this pod all that more delightful to listen to. The only downside is that I want to run out and try a bunch cheeses that I’ve never heard of but that sound exciting.
