My new favorite pod!
If the producers of Radiolab were exclusively and obsessively preoccupied with cheese, this is the podcast they would make! It’s so fun to hear both the stories about how cheese culture developed and the science behind the taste. Claire makes it all come alive! This pod seems like it would be equally engaging for a cheese newbie or an industry insider. For a casual connoisseur like me, it’s perfect!

I love the podcast until the fact guy comes on. It’s hard to understand what is said and it isn’t helpful. Keep the podcast coming and ditch the fact man. Thanks.
