“I have been falling asleep to this for the last two weeks. Her voice is soothing and I really enjoy listening to her. Through this covid thing and other stressful events my anxiety and panic disorder have made sleeping difficult but since starting this podcast I fall asleep quicker. If I wake up in the middle of the night, usually around 3:30am, I can start it again and fall back to sleep. If I don’t restart it I may or may not fall back to sleep due to my racing thoughts.”
