Of all the podcasts I subscribe to this is the one I look forward to the most. Rather than just opinions, Ben always backs up his information with facts and research. The combination of training advice including strength and nutrition makes this a unique resource. I appreciate the ability to get good, scientifically-based training information in one place. Little wary about some of the nutritional stuff, but I think one should always be wary. Very well done.
