Lose weight, feel great and SO MUCH MORE!
I've been listening to Ben Greenfield for a few months now. I'm a road cyclist category 3 racer. I have integrated some of this weight loss ideas and am losing about 1 to 2 pounds every 2 to 3 weeks while at the same time increasing my time trial test watts by at least 1 watt per week! You don't need to listen for very long to understand that Ben's insights and recommendations are based on his ability to actually interpret scientific data.
