Cult Vibes
Don’t bother with joining their toxic, cult-like Facebook group Enneagram[mer] Universe. They highly encourage members to retype others who obviously can’t type themselves. Only their members can’t type worth a hoot and are only parroting what their Enneagram masters say without actually using some common sense. I.e.- if you ask too many questions, you’re a 6; if you’re passive aggressive, you’re a 9. They are rude and mock people who they have deemed as mistyped. The Enneagrammer team themselves are arrogant and think they are the only ones who understand the Enneagram correctly. I believe they create doubt in people so they will want to get typed- can’t type people who can type themselves. There are plenty of people who believe they over type 6 & 9 and gatekeep types 4 & 5 and the sx instinct. They use being “social blind” as an excuse to be jerks and don’t actually practice growth from what I and others have noticed. Their followers send screenshots of people talking negatively about their group in other groups and send them to their masters, who kick out anyone who dares talk bad about them.

For anyone burnt out or disgusted by the onslaught of evangelical enneagram culture, this is the...Read full review »
