Giving it an honest try.
I was very skepical of this podcast at first, mostly because of the host's issue with clipless pedal. I've used clipless pedal on my road bike for 20 years and couldn't image not using them on a mtn bike. I just started mountain biking 2 months ago and have been listening to variuos podcasts on the subject. I have continued listening and viewing his online content as well, looking for holes in his theories and training techniques. But I must admit I can't disagree with what he is saying. James certainly is passionate about what he is doing. I down loaded his 30 day workout program and will be trying it with an open mind. I think the sound of the podcast is as good if not better than most out there, and I appreciate that most of the content is about technique and improving my biking skills. I'm looking forward to enjoying mnt biking more as I improve, and do believe this system will help.

I've always felt that James gives great insight into the fitness aspect of training without the BS generally doing the rounds. Keep up the good work.
