Essential tool in my recovery toolbox
I found this podcast one week into my fifth attempt at recovering from 29 years of bulimia. Previously, I had tried to go “cold turkey” with no outside support and managed to string a couple of weeks together of being free from bingeing and purging. This time, I added Jacqueline’s podcast to my “tool box” and I’m currently 7 months clear - I’ve never had this much time ever. I don’t want to jinx myself and remain cautiously optimistic, but am so thankful for this podcast. Thank you❤️
