I love this podcast. It is very realistic and provides useful tips from people who have recovered and are recovering from this eating disorder. It is very relatable and non judgmental. Jackie shares her own POV As well as others experts on the subject and her own clients. Love it !!!

I found this podcast when I started my recovery. From the very first episode I just felt almost a sense of relief. Like, this person gets exactly what I’m going through. It has been incredibly helpful and I circle back around to it any time my ED tries to pop back up.
