Wow. Thank you Aggie! For sharing your wealth of knowledge, for helping women all over feel their best, for debunking societal norms & not conforming to the status quo. I have learned so much from Aggie’s podcasts and her guests. It’s amazing to be able to listen to information that is easily digestible. Keep doing what you are doing Aggie! Can’t wait for the next guests! Or solo episodes!

Great topics and guests. I challenge the host to grow and allow your guests to fully speak and tell their story without your interruption/speaking over them and redirecting to your own experiences. I’m really enjoying this podcast, but would love it even more if guests were allowed to finish their sentences and thoughts without interruption. This would also help maintain the flow of the conversation, as there are times when it feels disjointed and a little tangential.

Thank you Aggie for bringing the brightest minds to share their knowledge. It is amazing that you prioritise the differences women have and I’m grateful for all that you create. Amazing source to be inspired to be more mindful about our lives

I loved the conversation and the topics, however I feel that when an interviewer interrupts their guest, or finishes their guests sentences, that the flow of the chat projects a sense of a lack of presence and therefore a lack of the capacity to truly listen.

I love the information in this podcast and learn so much when I tune in. Some episodes are hard to hear because the guest’s audio is poor. It sounds like the microphone is across the room from the guest. The episode with Vylanna was particularly hard to hear what she’s saying.

So much value and information. Came for the break up episode but loved all the content so much. Love biohacking and this is my new go-to podcast.

The episode with Dave Asprey was absolutely full to the brim with golden nuggets. Aggie is a natural host, her guests are insightful, and her show is overwhelming with actionable advice to take control of your body and life

The best podcast I have listened to for quite a while, the depth of this discussion brought to me so many personal insights. It was so natural, genuine, vulnerable, smart and spiritual. Congratulations ! Can’t wait to hear the next ones !!!!!
