Just what I need
BGIO lives up to its expectation! As a woman of color, it can be difficult to immerse yourself in an experience that isn't deemed as normal in your community, such as yoga. BGIO is that safe space to reflect and identify with like minded women who I can vibe with and are down to earth. It helps me want to stay in tune with my spirit and better myself.
