The Tennessee Titans have started their offseason program, the early voluntary meetings and training sessions that will lay the foundation for what is to come in the regular season. Because they have a new head coach, Brian Callahan, they get to start the process earlier than most other franchises, and Callahan has his first opportunity to provide the players with his vision of how the team with operate.
