“I lost my mum 20yrs ago to cancer, I’m now in my early forties and a mum of two boys, Mother’s Day has always been bittersweet for me, as I miss my mum so much & people say time heals but it really doesn’t, as a woman I’ve needed my mum and unfortunately she wasn’t there, to see me get married or watch me pregnant & have my kids give me advice etc. As much as I’m grateful for my boys and to be a mother, on Mothers Day I miss my mum too. Thank you for your podcast, your doing such an amazing job, wish you all the best and don’t feel guilty to celebrate your Mother’s Day, as we know life is short, you don’t want to live with any regrets.
