Never forget
Sydney (and indeed all of Australia) needs to remember this shameful period in our history. I 'enjoyed' episode one (if I can use that word in association with the subject matter). The narrator's voice (which makes or breaks such things) was very easy to listen to. My only very small criticism was the use of the reenactment. I thought it rather gratuitous and not very well done. But it was very short and only happened once so not really anything to worry about. I did like how you've personalised the victims. Very important that the listeners knows who they were. Looking forward to second episode.Read full review »

Thank you for updating the podcast description to include the fact that the men who were murdered were gay. Seemed like a poor choice by an editor to leave it out. Glad to see thinking has shifted on that.

I am so relieved that someone is telling these important stories! I found the narrators voice lacking in feeling, so enjoyed that it was broken up by interviews.

Live this podcast! We presented, researched and written. Tragic events that mark a turning point in our society. Love it so much wish the episodes were longer!
