Good knowledge. Flawed host.
These guys know their stuff and, as a result, I listen. It’s hard not to be bothered by the main guy, who confuses acting annoyed with everything and being interesting. Most podcasts have the host play it straight and have the pundits manufacture conflict or submit hot takes. This one does it backwards, which means you don’t particularly like the main voice. That said, I do listen, which speaks to the fact that they have interesting opinions and do know what they’re talking about. I think having a producer switch the two main guys would make this a five star. And who knows, maybe I’m just easily annoyed.
