I am so grateful for finding this podcast. Melissa and Delina offer such great advice and their episodes are easy to listen to. I feel like they gave me a compass after years of being lost and struggling because I was following the wrong maps.

I love this podcast! The hosts bring so much depth to the topic of intuitive eating, but they still manage to make their episodes light and entertaining. I’m hooked!
