Valuable for newly diagnosed
I was misdiagnosed/mistreated/health destroyed by multiple meds for 3 decades. I finally am getting appropriate care. But I contend w 4 diseases caused by medications - for life. This is all on top of severe childhood and marital abuse. I finally feel heard and am recovering. I read a lot. This podcast would be very good for young/uneducated/non-medically trained people, I believe. I listened to episodes on 11/4x speed. That helped me stay engaged. She is describing her experiences mostly, NOT a health practitioner, just a person w opinions and experiences. A nice contrast to dry medical books.
