Marvellous Podcast Really interesting exploration of some of the finest British Culture. I hope one day they’ll cover ‘two doors down’. Bringing one of my favourites to the masses. Good listen! Light relief Good memories

Love the nostalgic feelings I get from listening to this. Please do Are You Being Served and That’s My Boy with Mollie Sugden.

I don’t like this podcast any more. It used to be entertaining but now it’s just mean spirited, especially the KUA one. I feel like the presenters are being snobby, as if the show is below them. Why review it if all you are doing is sneering and sniggering like arrogant idiots? Unfollowed.

If they don’t like a sit com they really don’t like it, they nit pick at every opportunity they can , poorly researched, factually incorrect constantly,It’s gone down hill, they miss the point constantly.

A well researched podcast about classic British sitcom by two guys who don’t seem to enjoy the genre very much!

Really enjoy this podcast. The presenters are both engaging and it's clear they have a lot of love for the sitcom format and the episodes are always well researched. I look forward to more episodes in future. Keep up the good work lads!Read full review »

Really enjoyed this podcast. Both presenters skillfully dissect sitcoms of all sorts. Healthy observations of flaws as well as excellence. I'd be interested to hear thoughts on how American sitcoms mastered the genre too.Read full review »

Great podcast. There is a similar one that I find the presenters a bit too critical. This is more balanced - some sitcoms are not perfect but in this podcast they point that out as well but it’s evenly done Both presenters enthusiastic about content that comes across well.

Really great listening - there is brilliant research , you can tell they are passionate about the subject. I would very highly recommend this to anyone who’s ever watched a British sitcom.

I’ve really enjoyed listening to these so far. Only Dear John has been one that I’ve never really heard of or seen anything about. That doesn’t necessarily matter as you get a good sense of the show from their discussion. Thanks guys!

This podcast is a new discovery, and already a deep joy. Incisive reviews of sitcoms which sit at the heart of UK along with long forgotten attempts at comedy - not always just from ITV. The key to a good podcast for me is, would I want to be a part of the discussion and this hits that perfectly....Read full review »

British Sitcom History is an excellent show in which brothers Gareth and Allen look at sitcoms from all eras, both classic and obscure. Each sitcom gets two episodes of about 40 - 50 minutes each so there’s plenty of time to cover the writers, directors, cast, production history, audience...Read full review »
