I am ALWAYS thinking about what I need to do. I listened to this podcast while washing dishes & I am actually writing this review as I am watching a movie π€¦πΏββοΈ. Itβs hard to break this habit but I am committed to living a healthier better balanced life. You arenβt lying about the resistance when you first try to take deeper breath it taught me how swallow I was breathing. I am definitely up for the 5x2, I am starting tonight.
