No-nonsense fitness and nutrition information
I really appreciate Austin’s no-nonsense, common-sense approach to fitness and nutrition. There is a lot of misinformation out there with fad trends, bogus science, and false promises, but Austin sticks to real science and has tons of awesome tips for achieving your goals in the gym and for losing weight. I’ve been following him for months, implementing his advice, and seeing the results already.
