I wish he wasn’t so condescending and arrogant. Had to turn it off after 5 minutes. Was so excited to learn more but just couldn’t get through him interrupting guests with uncomfortable not funny remarks.

Let’s put all the blame on the food and pharma. Yes they definitely have a role in the declining health of the US. I am speaking as a 75 year old woman who was overweight and pre diabetic at 60. I wasn’t wealthy or do I have a college degree but I had the desire to live longer and be healthy. I...Read full review »

Talks constantly about himself in the podcast. If you interview a person please keep the focus on them.

Great interview. I do sound therapy called Tomatis. I think you know what that is. We hear through both air and bone and when you talk inn-an embodied way your receiver can hear through both ear and bone. Read Dr Tomatis' book the conscious earRead full review »

Dave’s podcasts used to be good. I’ve listened on and off for 5 years +. Now they are cringey and he spends the whole time talking over the guest about what he does and how he’s so great. It’s tedious and boring. Painful even. He needs to get off his high horse and let the guest speak. I’m...Read full review »

I felt overwhelmed reading all of the many biohacking longevity sciences … LISTENING to these ideas helps me to LEARN… & all for free!!! This is the future we live in.

Before I dived in, I red some reviews and almost didn’t go through with this podcast, but I’m so happy I did in the end cause I can’t stop listening! I thought Dave was arrogant but it’s not that, it’s more like a Charisse’s with dry sense of sarcasm, which I like a lot. And the guests are great!...Read full review »

Dave’s style is the absolute best in my podcast listening world (7 years total) I’ve watch the Bulletproof brand get stronger year after year. Dave is brilliant at so many things and thank God he is in this space where we need him. I have gotten immense knowledge from his BP podcast, and now this...Read full review »

I used to listen to this all the time but Dave’s level of condescension and arrogance makes it unbearable. Was excited to hear his most recent episode with Jessie Inchauspe and literally had to turn it off within the first 10 minutes. I’ll listen to her content on podcasts whose hosts allow her...Read full review »

So weary of hearing this brilliant biohacker telling vegans they need to see the error of their ways. I am 76 years old and have been vegan for 45 years. I have no chronic disease, no joint pain, no lack of energy. I take no prescription drugs or even over the counter drugs. The last time I...Read full review »

I have listened to Dave before and have bought his products and appreciate the information he shares. After listening to part of the episode with Maggie Berghoff, I will never listen again. I can’t imagine how someone could be so disrespectful and laugh about it.

I have really enjoyed Dave’s series on Gaia and I find him very easy to listen to and easy to understand. With such in-depth knowledge he also allows his guests to speak. I consider him a honorary doctor in the field of human science and this is an area all humans should explore and self educate.

So frustrating to sift through the sarcasm and Hollier than thou attitude, political grips and the tips for rich people who can afford to take crazy expensive supplements and food.

Advice you need to hear: focus more on being interested and less on trying to be interesting. Elitist, condescending, constant need to “prove” he knows more than a guest. Pay attention - his goal isn’t to inform his goal is to sell you something.

It would be nice if Dave Asprey took questions from listeners or provided some kind of a back and forth option with people. Is there a forum anywhere that I might have missed? Yes I have only listened to one episode, but it seems that a lot of the information while it is very great and enlightening doesn’t seem applicable to those with certain limitations in their finances and access to certain cares.
