I can't tell if the host wants this to be like the Bill Nye of nutrition podcasts. Great information but my goodness the number of sound effects is painstaking. In addition to that- there really is not need for metaphors in every explanation. I get you want to translate your ideas to something relatable, but again, if you are making this podcast for adults, you really can skip some of the silly history stories.Read full review »

I really wanted to love this podcast. The info is solid and relevant but I contacted the author twice asking what his credentials are for being able to give personal training advice and neither was returned. I was contemplating purchasing his materials as well.

I love this podcast because it details answers to the questions many people have about Keto. He does a great job of explaining the science in a way that is easy to understand and fun to listen to.
