Description
Thank you for joining us for our 2nd Cabral HouseCall of the weekend! I’m looking forward to sharing with you some of our community’s questions that have come in over the past few weeks…   Sally: Hi doctor Cabral, what are your to tips for treating slow gut motility? My meals digest super slowly, even if I leave 4-5 hours between them, and it causes uncomfortable bloating. Thanks so much for your answer, really appreciate it!   Anonmous: Hi Dr Cabral, it seems that I am having a severe form of gerd. For about 3 years Ive had a persistent gnawing , sometimes burning pain around my sternum area so bad that i believe my vagus nerve has become inflamed. I occasionally get brain zap sensations akin to ssri withdraw, which may be due to vague nerve inflammation, but not sure. Anyway, it seems im finding relief for the first time using US based gaviscon. Im switching to UK based as US has aluminum, but the relief has been incredible. The UK ingredients are sodium alginate and pottasium hydrogen carbonate. What do you think of this medication for long term? I have tried many other natural solutions including healthy belly but it seems that this medication is giving life altering relief so far. Thanks   Nana: Hi Dr. Cabral and team! I recently realized i have parasites and i am taking plant paradox protocol. So scared they will come back. Whats the best way to prevent another parasitic infection? Also, i am sensitive to lectins but heard fermentation reduces lectin content. If i make fermented milk with A1 milk instead of A2 milk, would it still have lectins? Finding conflicting information online.   Elsa: What are your thoughts on heated/electric blankets? I get cold easily and use it nearly every night to help me fall asleep. I also have anxiety and the heat helps calm me in anxious moments. The blanket I use is low EMF and turns off after 2 hours but I still can’t help but worry that this may have long term risks if using every night. Would love your feedback, thanks!   Jamie: Dr. Cabral. Love your work. Changed my life! Also loving HPH. On a recent podcast you indicated that you are supplementing with Berberine and mentioned all of the benefits. My question is, is there any concern with Berberine suppressing muscle protein synthesis when taken on a regular basis?   Thank you for tuning into this weekend’s Cabral HouseCalls and be sure to check back tomorrow for our Mindset & Motivation Monday show to get your week started off right! - - - Show Notes and Resources: StephenCabral.com/2977 - - - Get a FREE Copy of Dr. Cabral's Book: The Rain Barrel Effect - - - Join the Community & Get Your Questions Answered: CabralSupportGroup.com - - - Dr. Cabral’s Most Popular At-Home Lab Tests: > Complete Minerals & Metals Test (Test for mineral imbalances & heavy metal toxicity) - - - > Complete Candida, Metabolic & Vitamins Test (Test for 75 biomarkers including yeast & bacterial gut overgrowth, as well as vitamin levels) - - - > Complete Stress, Mood & Metabolism Test (Discover your complete thyroid, adrenal, hormone, vitamin D & insulin levels) - - - > Complete Food Sensitivity Test (Find out your hidden food sensitivities) - - - > Complete Omega-3 & Inflammation Test (Discover your levels of inflammation related to your omega-6 to omega-3 levels) - - - Get Your Question Answered On An Upcoming HouseCall: StephenCabral.com/askcabral - - - Would You Take 30 Seconds To Rate & Review The Cabral Concept?
