You know …every other sentence drives you mad

1st Part: I don’t think the word ‘savage’ is consistent with a description of a civilised discussion among three people, at all times seated and talking in a completely pro social way. Given the race issue as part of the controversy, I think you might want to reflect on this word yet again when a...Read full review »

Thanks you guys for another year of great Political coverage of Brexit, COVID-19 and other topics, plus your good guests and a fun quiz to end the year on. Shouldn’t Robert be allowed to do the quiz with you or is there a danger he would win too many, just a thought to leave you with. Have a...Read full review »

So listened to this podcast since the very start, it has a mix of light hearted humour and serious political analysis. Dan and Shehab try to keep the podcast at a level that everyone can enjoy!!

This is either lag in thinking what to say or peston is very distracted for what he is about to say , example Errr wha wha wha ,, errr to to to to , errrr......... what .... eerrr..errrr Come on it is really difficult to listen to.

So....... errr........ errrrrmm........ well......... it’s like..... errr....this...... this..... this.... the.......errr...... Lewis, Shehab and Daniel are excellent. Could we ditch the phone call to Peston bit though and maybe get a few female contributors instead. That would get you my fifth...Read full review »

Stop season 3 at the first episode, gents. Dull, anecdotal, partisan drivel.

Imagine taking Peston’s inane posh drawl from his TV appearances, doubling the waffle, then funnelling it into your ears. Done that? Well there’s no need to download the podcast now.

Great podcast both, your analysis is very good.

Downloaded for first time. Listened to 10 minutes of people I’ve never heard of discussing their hair. Turned off. Deleted.

I don’t care about anyone’s hair.

Not sure why a promo for what turned out to be a poor over sold program. Expect better.

Everybody on this pod needs to know where the bloody mic is. Oh and Corbyn ‘claims’, whilst Johnson ‘underlines’.

Great reporting, unbiased views coupled lighthearted fun. What the nation needs and expects from broadcasters

A podcast that isn’t too long, gives you the key updates from the day, and is fun. Dan and Shehab work well together, with Robert’s commentary insightful as ever. Keep up the good work, I think I’ll miss this podcast when the election is over, so maybe you could contemplate extending it to deal...Read full review »

Essential daily analysis of an election campaign that’s throwing up even more stories than the norm. Dan and Shehab are naturals, the views from the road from ITV’s correspondents are fascinating. Peston is second to none as are the guests.
PaulDuck via Apple Podcasts · Great Britain · 11/14/19
Bit to “laddy” & freestyle for my taste. The phoning of Peston seems like a gimmick; much better to have him there properly. The matey feel obviously feels like it’s trying to be BBC Electioncast; it shouldn’t. Needs to be more hardheaded to differentiate itself. Presenters themselves...Read full review »

So little actual election news. What a load of garbage.

Great first episode, really enjoyed the personal and fun nature of Shehab and Dan. Nice to hear some positivity, honestly and it’s just darn right entertaining when the rest of the world are sensationalising every story
