Changed my perspective towards food & cravings!
I dont know how to put this is words but this podcast has helped me at a time with my life where discipline was the most difficult for me to achieve. The direct and actionable way explained in the Calorie Deficit University helped me to not feel isolated in my fitness journey! Really appreciate Alexis for the amount of hard-work she has put into this podcast! I have been sharing links of my favourite episodes to all my friends and hope to keep learning from this podcast! ✨

Loves your latest podcast targeted toward short girls. I am one and aiming for 1200 cals/day and get put off when health and fitness say ‘that’s the calorie intake of a toddler’… thanks for keeping it real and re- affirming my calculations were correct for a 5 foot nothing woman.
