“Being a fan of 20th century history, having an in depth examination of the Cold War is something I've been looking forward to for a long time. The context is being set, with the various powers having many suspicions (somewhat justified) of each other, and soon the actual Cold War will start.
The humour and music style from Cam & Ray's previous podcasts continue here, and are well merged. Given that so much of what is happening today is due to the Cold War, I would recommend this to anyone.
A word of caution - this story is told from multiple perspectives, so for those who grew up being spoon fed the state sanctioned version of history (be it UK, USSR, USA, Australia, France), this is likely to make you do that oh so hard thing of THINK.
