“It is late on a Wednesday night and I have to stay awake to go to work at midnight ( not my usual routine). How do I stay awake? TV? No I'll just fall asleep on the couch. Read a book? No way. Caffeine? Nope too tired to calculate the exact dosage and timing to keep me awake to work but then let me sleep afterwards. Illicit substances? Probably not the time to suddenly decide to dabble.....
Ray & Cam are the perfect solution! These gentlemen are the perfect balance of entertainment education and Inappropriate comedy! Cam the Alpha takes the lead with his exhaustive research and painstakingly taken notes while Ray the quiet American adds appropriate gravitas to the proceedings with giggling and insinuated strip teases. There is music, jokes, light banter but more than all of this there is serious history being shared in a relatable and entertaining way. I had no idea how much I didn't not know... excellent work once again gentleman, keep it up!
I did get some weird looks the next day from my coworkers. Probably from using the names of the various communist leaders mentioned as fake customers to complete system testing for my job, but hey I used the inspiration I had at hand.
