Carolyn explains trauma in really understandable and relatable terms. Her honesty about her own experiences makes it easier to understand trauma, than experts who rely only on theoretical neuroscience. Recommend her training on her website too. Brave woman! She’s brilliant!

I am an adult psychiatrist and I listen and share these widely. This resonates a lot with what we witness in therapy and work. Every sentence Carolyn speaks is full of reflective wisdom of self awareness and experience. Thankyou so much for doing this
