More concerned with being woke than telling a good story. Also inauthentic and clearly written by people who only imagine what trucker’s lives are like

The story is very good. Holds my attention and leaves me wanting more. Good acting and storyline. Can’t wait to hear more!

I love these QCode shows, very immersive and entertaining…. But is there a way to help listeners understand what is happening in the episodes that rely heavily on the sound design? I honestly had no idea what was going on in the final episode. Would help if there was a little more in there to...Read full review »

Loved it, still gripping to it. I want more!

Well worth the listen. I see why they’re making a movie or series out of this. I’m giving 4 out 5 stars only because I feel the last few episodes weren’t as captivating as the earlier ones. Honestly they didn’t have to go the direction they did with the plot. I was captivated initially by the...Read full review »

We usually love Qcode, but this story was meh. Not their best work
AnataliaJoy via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 07/19/21
This is in my QCode faves so far. Really interesting story and well executed. Loved all the characters and getting to know them better. The closest listen to Borrasca I’ve found so far.

Very good!! Completely hooked after the first episode! Judging by the “Season 1” subtitle - AND the ending of Episode 7 - which leaves you a little “so what happens next” ? There is thoughts of continuing with “Season2” - I am hoping that is the case -because totally enjoyed this “Not a...Read full review »

Cynthia Erivo is great in this competent but slight road thriller.
jwford via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 07/11/21
As a fan of The Twilight Zone radio series I was so excited when I ran across ‘Carrier’. It is well written, and Cynthia Orivo is the perfect actress to cast because I hung on her every word. This was so much fun I hope there will be more episodes.

I love listening to stuff like this. It was 2am when I started listening to it and I couldn’t stop. Just the first episode got me stuck. I treated this show like “BLACKOUT” started and finished all on one day. Please let there be a season 2 on the ASAP!
Darkslider1990 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 06/06/21
I started listening to this on my phone. I then continued in my car ... WOW!! it’s amazing. Cynthia is a strong lead and very believable. Must listen on headphones or in the car *****

Only complaint I have is that I need more episodes. Will there be a season 2?
dragonprncas via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 05/29/21
This was worth listening to for the binaural sound experience alone. The directors had the courage to keep some sequences dialogue-free so I had to interpret the scrunches and creaks and work out what’s going on. This needs to be heard on headphones and with some degree of concentration...Read full review »

You would have gotten 5 stars except Diesel fuel doesn’t explode if you shoot a bullet at it. Congrats, you produced the audio equivalent of Hollywood garbage.

Great sound I guess but 1/3 of the time you can’t tell what the heck is going on! And I’m a truck driver! Just listened to it again with my wife while driving across Utah and she says the same, and we have a pretty good sound system. It’s like listening to a movie soundtrack. A narrator might be...Read full review »

I listened to this entire podcast excited to hear many parts of the plot come together in a unique and interesting way. But, like a kid finishing his novel for english class last minute, the ending is lazy and just as lame as you’d think. The sound engineers at Qcode are some of the best, but...Read full review »

I love great foley effects in a dramatic podcast. There really is nothing like audio drama—as folks like to say, the listener’s imagination will create graphics of it’s own that are truly stellar This pod cast also has some lovely voice actors, and a solid, straightforward plot line.
