No doubt the most informative and entertaining podcast on Warmachine & Hordes out there. (I'm 30 years old, which definitely makes some of the more arcane jokes understandable)

A great podcast that will go into the mechanics of various lists/casters/factions and why things work or don't work. It's very informative.

Listened to on a daily basis. This and the Dojo are all I need.

Intelligent, funny and high-quality podcast for those who love their Warmachine. It's obvious these guys spend a lot of time and effort on producing these episodes so really can't thank them enough for all of the hours.

I was considering a switch from WFB to WM/H and finding this podcast sealed the deal. Thanks!!

It's a great show with great guests. I'm a very new player (May 2014) to Hordemachine, picking Skorne as my first faction. Along with the advice I get from the wizards in my local meta, the content provided by this podcast is a font of great ideas that I can use when crafting my current and...Read full review »

The fact that you call Trevor a dirty republican is typical of a ignorant, condescending democrat, great pod cast about warmachine, Scott my want to take a speech class to help the stutters, please keep the political commentary out of the show, thanks

In a podcast genre of overly long navel gazing, the guys just bring the goods. Too many of these WM/H podcasts have people talking over each other and poor sound. This cast is informative, sometimes funny, and these guys encourage good playing styles and culture. Thumbs up!

Love the show. Also check out the blog for photos of the battle reports

These guys know how to put together a good show. In addition each episode is crammed with relevant information that serious players will cherish.

love going into the shop and actually talking to these guys and getting hints and tips. I am just learning how to play so these podcasts are great for helping to aquire knowledge as to which factions might peak my interest. Currently infatuated with the undead elves and dragons of the legion. ...Read full review »

Great information for Warmchine and Hordes casters and army compositions. As a newer player this gives me great insight on not only my faction, but the others I will face as well.

Nicely structured professional podcast with some good insights into the game. It's a lot more professional and structured than most of the rambling ones out there, but still easy to follow and entertaining.
Delrogue via Apple Podcasts · Australia · 03/11/13
The casts are well produced, and always entertaining to listen to. They cycle through all the casters, and discuss what works, what doesn't, and WHY. Tips, trickys, tactics, janky lists, tournament list vs casual, all are discussed. Wish their home shop was closer, would be a blast to...Read full review »

Really great show guys, love every episode! The caster rankings is a great idea, and is a great tool for learning potential opponents.

I look forward to this podcast every week. Thanks for an entertaining show!

I really enjoy these podcasts but they often end up a little dry and can make you feel like you are listening to people talking about chess. If you are happy with a methodical and intelligent review of the the casters in the game it is great but don't expect much in the way of imagination or...Read full review »

Informative, understandable, entertaining, what's not to love? I eagerly wait for my Friday fix and haven't been disappointed with an episode yet. The guys are a little... harsh on certain factions sure, but for the most part they offer very good points and don't let themselves get bogged down in...Read full review »

This podcast has a great format. It makes battle reports interesting and informative. I would rate it a five, but the amount of faction hate the hosts spew is just depressing. They're self aware enough to know they're doing it, but they don't bother to rein it in.
Patch30 via Apple Podcasts · United States of America · 06/21/12
A funny cast that takes a serious look at the pros and cons of all the most important pieces in Warmachine and Hordes.

Funny and informative. Easy to follow battle reports, awesome job Gents!

It's good. How good? It's succinct, they don't babble for four hours like other shows. It's instructional, I know what models to buy and what to avoid. It's frequent, typically once a week. It's focused, I don't have to fast forward or skip sections that don't apply. And it's mostly classy,...Read full review »

Really interesting idea executed well so that you get to hear about all the caster/lock tricks (rather than just the army) without it being too crunchy and dull. Well done lads and keep it going.

This is a fantastic and informative podcast based on warmahordes battle reports. Excellent hosts helps to keep everything interesting. I listened to one on a suggestion and now I'm hooked. Keep it up!

I listen to most of the Warmachine and Hordes podcasts out there including the new Blood and Banter and I've got to say that Chain-Attack is my personal favorite and one I recommend to all players of the game and people interested in getting started. This podcast isn't filled with the community...Read full review »

The idea behind this podcast is elegant and beautiful. Two people play a game and then talk about it after. They are rotating through the casters and try and match up comparable power levels. You will hear rules mistakes on occasion and tactical errors as well. That is what makes it great. ...Read full review »

I am an avid fan of gaming podcasts, but when I heard about chain attack, I was sceptical. How could the often deathly dull battle reports carry a whole podcast? It sounded a sucky format. I was wrong! The chain attack team are able to make battle reports not just interesting, but elevated into...Read full review »

Not just another radio show. The battle report format provides a great focus for an episode and the combination of casters they use provides some interesting matchups you might not get to see in your local meta.

I jast want to start with WOW! This has been one of the more enjoyable podcast for WarmaHordes I have found. Thanx for breathing new life into some of my dusty models.

This podcast is great for Warmachine/Hordes fans. One battle, two warcasters/warlocks, one winner. I find myself looking forward to this podcast more than any of the 7-8 other podcasts I subscribe to. This is a great, new podcast. The battle report and caster rating format is great, and they can fit it all in about an hour each episode. A bit more on the competitive play side, but they definitely know their stuff.

Love your guys podcast and its refreshing change of pace from mostly discussion to actual table play. Your thoughts and experiences are a joy to listen too and I look forward to each new one.

By far my new favorite! Very informative with great insight on warcasters/locks, both popular and not. Your format is awesome and the feeling of continuity is refreshing in a glutted world of stream-of-consciousness WM/Hordes podcasts. Great job! Looking forward to next week's Kallus podcast.

It is easy to tell that the hosts love their craft. And their craft is crushing their enemies and seeing them driven before you. Sound quality and editing seems to improve with every show. Looking forward to more chain attacks.
