“I came across Unpack with Cat via Lemon8, a girl posted her favorite black girls podcasts. i started listening last week from the very beginning and i just love it. Her voice is sooo soft and soothing and the notes I take from each episode i put to use in my daily life. I listen in the morning in my car with my daughter on the way to her school in the morning and seeing her so engaged when Cat is talking it’s a beautiful thing ! I hate seeing that the last episode is from August of this year, with no updates 😭. Thank you cat you’re helping this young mom and her new middle school daughter navigate our thoughts, feelings and emotions together 🫶🏽”
