“Subscriber Customer Service might as well be nonexistent. I subscribed weeks ago. Although I received a print copy of the magazine, I was never sent the requisite e-mail so I could confirm my login and password. My voicemail went unanswered as did my note through the online Contact Us feature. Accessing the Contact Us feature without a confirmed login and password and prior to receiving the print version is another pain in the rear. I will happily pay for recipes but print is so over. OTOH, 100% automated CS is just careless management.”
