Great variety, a pleasure to listen to
Christopher Kimball interviews chefs, authors and food-related personalities in a curiosity-driven, thoughtful way that is very enjoyable. Some topics have been more interesting than others, but that’s to be expected. In reality, I’ve stuck through some that didn’t seem interesting at first but later took an unexpected informative turn. The call-in segments with Sara Moulton are a highlight, I’ve learned a few tricks from them. Give this podcast a try!
